Planning timeline
Any lead time is accepted. More lead time is always better, especially for peak and citywide dates and for permit-dependent elements. Send the dates, the headcount, and the hotel as soon as you have them. Permit-dependent pieces, including a drone show or a base-access event, need the earlier notice.
Budget factors
What drives the quote is the season, the headcount, the hotels, transportation, food and beverage, and the experiences. Airfare, room nights, ground transportation, meals, and production or staffing each change the total. Oahu Genius does not publish prices, per-person rates, or a percentage fee.
