About Oahu Genius: Honolulu Destination Management for Large Groups

Oahu Genius is the only known Hawaii-based DMC that owns and operates its own transportation and is federally licensed to train CDL drivers. Four services cover the ground program. Each one can be booked alone or with the others, and every one is a custom quote.

In August 2024, Oahu Genius produced the on-island Pokémon World Championships program for more than 25,000 people and handled the video capture. The program included the largest aerial drone show in Hawaii and the first one permitted by the State of Hawaii. Read the Pokémon program.

Pacifichem 2025 ran December 15–20, 2025, with more than 10,000 attendees from 68 countries. Sessions were at the Hawaii Convention Center, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Sheraton Waikiki, and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Seven sponsoring societies hosted the congress: the American Chemical Society, the Canadian Society for Chemistry, the Chemical Society of Japan, the Chinese Chemical Society, the Korean Chemical Society, the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, and the New Zealand Institute of Chemistry. Oahu Genius ran trolley and motorcoach loops from Waikiki hotels to the Hawaii Convention Center and provided registration staff, ASL interpreters, and an opening-reception cultural program. For the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade, Oahu Genius moved about 4,000 students, with a travel director for each group. Read the parade program.

The Entrepreneurs' Organization Global Leadership Conference dinner is a delivered case study, 100% created and managed by Oahu Genius: more than 2,000 guests in the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum hangars on Ford Island, with more than 1,500 guests moved in under an hour. Read the EO dinner.
