Coverage is all Hawaiian islands, specializing in large groups on Oahu. For multi-day citywides that crew is often working from early morning until the last motorcoach is in. Student programs such as the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade use a travel director with each group for the whole stay.

What does on-site event staff actually do?
Registration support, wayfinding, hotel and curb staffing, and coordination when a program spans more than one property. On a citywide, that crew is often what keeps a long transportation day orderly. They are not a substitute for an in-house show crew unless that is what you ask for.
Are the staff local to Oahu?
Large-group programs on Oahu are staffed by people who already know Waikiki streets, venue load-in, and how groups move on the island. Oahu Genius also serves the other Hawaiian islands; name the island when you enquire. For the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade, each group has a travel director for the whole stay, plus a support team for performances, practices, and ceremonies.
How many staff does a program need?
It depends on the number of doors, hotels, and hours. A single-venue dinner is a different roster from a six-day citywide. Share the schedule and the property list and the proposal will name a roster. There is no flat ratio that fits every program.
