Pacifichem conference logistics in Waikiki
Pacifichem brought more than 10,000 attendees to Honolulu in a record year, with sessions running at more than one property across six days. Oahu Genius ran branded transportation and special routing, staffed multiple properties, and produced a cultural welcome reception with entertainment. Attendees were spread through Waikiki, so a trolley system and motorcoaches for key hotels moved people to the Hawaii Convention Center. Staff were on Waikiki for more than 15 hours a day.
