Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form, email us, or call us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number; event details such as event type, services, approximate guest count, dates, island, venues, and anything else you tell us; how you heard about us; and your consent to be contacted, including by SMS about your enquiry.

If you go on to book a program, we may also collect what is needed to deliver it, such as attendee names, arrival details, accessibility needs, or dietary requirements. Please share only what is needed.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from the IP address, and the date and time of visits.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only as needed. Vendors that deliver your program, such as transportation operators, venues, hotels, activity providers, and entertainment, receive only the details needed to deliver it. Service providers that help us run the business, including our form processor Formspree, email and communications tools, and website hosting and analytics providers, act on our behalf.

We also share information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly without them. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

We keep enquiry and program information as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and reply STOP to opt out of SMS. We still send messages related to an active enquiry or booking.

Depending on where you live, for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

The Site is meant for adults planning group travel and events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Where we deliver student group programs, we receive information about minors from the school, organizer, or parent or guardian responsible for the group and use it only to deliver the program. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
