What events do you produce beyond the meeting itself?
Private dinners, entertainment, and one-off programs at venues a hotel ballroom cannot hold. The EO Global Leadership Conference final night was a dinner inside a hangar at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum: historic aircraft were moved onto the tarmac and a mobile kitchen was brought in so the food could be cooked on site.
Can you handle permits for an unusual production?
When the idea needs a permit, that process is part of the job. The Pokémon World Championships program included the largest aerial drone show in Hawaii and the first one permitted by the State of Hawaii. A permit is specific to the site and the date. It is not promised before the agencies have reviewed it.
How early should a custom Hawaii event start?
A custom venue or a permit takes longer than a hotel ballroom. If the event needs military or museum access, a street closure, or an aerial element, start before the date is locked in a hotel contract. There is no universal lead time. The venue is the constraint.
