Group tours and activities for meetings in Hawaii
Tours and activities are built around the group's schedule, not a public tour departure. Oahu Genius plans private excursions and cultural programs for conferences and incentives, then ties the timing to transportation and on-site staff so the pickup, the activity, and the return are one plan. Programs run on all Hawaiian islands, specializing in large groups on Oahu.

Tours & Activities: what planners ask
Request a custom quote. Every program is quoted for that group. Rates are not published.
What kinds of group activities do you build in Hawaii?
Private excursions and cultural programs sized to the group, not a seat on a public tour. Planners get a start time, a meeting point, and a headcount they can put on the schedule. The audience matters: an incentive group, an association, and a student band do not get the same day.
Can activities run around a convention schedule?
Yes. Departures are timed to session blocks and paired with transportation and staff, so people are not left at a curb. If the group is in several hotels, the pickup plan is part of the activity.
Do you operate every activity yourselves?
Oahu Genius designs and manages the guest-facing program and brings in a local operator when a specific boat, trail, or cultural practitioner is required. The planner keeps one point of contact. Which operator is used depends on the date and the group size.
