What a guest program is
A guest program is the set of activities for attendees' guests while sessions are on. Oahu Genius confirms this as a service. It can be one day or the length of the meeting. The plan is a custom quote.
Program ideas
Guest days on Oahu draw on Pearl Harbor, cultural programs, scenic stops, and shopping. Team building and a cultural welcome can sit beside the guest schedule. The specific stops are chosen for that group.
Kualoa Ranch, including Secret Island, is a partner for activities. Hilton Hawaiian Village is a frequent host hotel.
Optional tours and registration
Optional tours are run by Oahu Genius under the same plan as the main conference, with transportation and staff included. How a guest self-books a tour is confirmed in the quote for that meeting.
Oahu Genius is the only known Hawaii-based DMC that owns and operates its own transportation and is federally licensed to train CDL drivers. It is also the single point of contact with every major transportation company statewide. ADA-accessible vehicles are available. Bilingual staff are sourced as needed.
